Smoking?

There is strictly no smoking allowed in the lodge, this includes vaping. If you smoke outside, please do not stub cigarettes out on decking or the outdoor furniture and don’t leave them lying around. 

Pets?

Pets are not allowed in the lodge for any reason during your stay. 

Checking in?

The check-in time is 15:00pm. Around 4 days before your arrival date, you will receive an email with the key box code which is situated at the side of the decking access along the grass verge. There is no need to check-in at the sites reception as they will be informed of your arrival. 

Checking Out?

The check-out time is strictly 10:00am, this allows our cleaning team to prepare the lodge for the next guests. When checking out of the lodge, please strip all used beds, leave the dishwasher open and empty and dispose of any used bin bags in the main site bins which are opposite the glamping pobs. Please lock all doors and place the keys back into the key box. 

Wi-Fi?

Once arriving at the lodge, you will find a welcome pack in the kitchen area that has the free Wi-Fi connection and password. 

What to bring?

The lodge provides all bedding, tea towels, and bathmats. You will need to bring your own towels and we advise you bring a power bank for phones as the site have had the odd power cut in the past. We do not have any baby equipment such as highchairs or travel cots. 

Parking?

There are 2 car parking spaces directly in front of the lodge. Please do not use the area by the main site bins as this is for the glamping pods. We ask for you to not use the lodge to charge electric vehicles. 

Site Facilities?

There is no shop or entertainment area based on the site. However, there is a children’s playground and family area located past the site’s office building. The nearest shop and petrol station is 12 minutes away, SPAR Threshfield, BD23 5PL. This is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 10pm. 

BBQ's?

There is no BBQ at the lodge and due to the composite decking use of them is prohibited.
